Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://apluscleaningserviceva.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services. A Plus Cleaning Service provides Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Event Cleaning, Decluttering Services, Airbnb Cleaning, Office Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by A Plus Cleaning Service or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. A Plus Cleaning Service reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. A Plus Cleaning Service disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Plus Cleaning Service's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid A Plus Cleaning Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold A Plus Cleaning Service harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by VA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in VA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
